  • He is a Small Business Coach, Consultant, Trainer, Author, Speaker, Seminar Leader, Public Speaking Coach, Job Search Coach and University Lecturer. He has appeared on television and radio discussing his expertise in various subjects and has authored numerous books, manuals, articles and audio CDs on business related and personal growth subjects.

  • He also has over 20 years experience as an "Solopreneur" being a “One Person Industry”.

  • Rev. Oreste J. D'Aversa ("Reverend Rusty") is an Inter-Faith (All-Faiths) Minister ordained by The New Seminary in New York City, NY.  He is also a Spiritual Guide, Teacher, and Counselor helping people on their spiritual path and with their life purpose.

My Story...

"I worked in the technology industry for 20 years (10 years as a Consultant, Pre and Post Sales Engineer, Corporate Trainer and Telephone Technical Support. The other 10 years was spent selling software and professional services).  After the incidents of 9/11 (I was in Tower Two, 
2 weeks before the attack performing a sales presentation) I decided to start my own business as a Sales and Computer Consultant.  Within 2 years my parents started becoming sick first my father then my mother.  As an only child I had to take care of them, all their affairs and their house.  I did that for 15 years until they passed on.  In the process I lost everything and I am starting over again at 60.  I'm doing it and you can do it too."
