Cancellation Policy:

• Cancellations made 2 days or more in advance of the appointment date will receive a 100% refund.
   
• Cancellations made within 1 day of appointment will receive a 50% refund.
   
• Cancellations made on the same day of appointment will not receive a refund.
   
• "No Call - No Show" appointments may have the ability to "Re-book" their appointment at the discretion of Metropolitan Small Business Coaching LLC.  Financial penalties may apply.
